I have had 3 5-Star experiences at Lombard Auto Body. Obviously, it is never a good thing if you are headed to an Auto Body shop, but Jack and his team make the experience extremely easy and they are VERY timely. Not only do they take care of paperwork and helping to call and facilitate communication with your insurance company, but they do an AMAZING job at the body work (multiple experiences) and clean your car afterwards. Thanks to Jack and team for the 3rd time, I couldn't forgive myself if I didn't take 2 minutes to leave a positive review!

This place is great! Had my car broken into, the window was completely shattered and glass everywhere. I called Lombard Auto Body, they told me to drop my car off whenever that day and it would be ready the following day. Not only did they do a spectacular job fixing my window, they vacuumed my entire car, one less stress for me. Great customer service, Jack was very pleasant and kept me updated with the status of my car. Would highly recommend this place!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this auto body shop. The owner, Jack, is very attentive, responds immediately, and does excellent work. He has taken care of repairs, new keys made, car washes, and various other needed services. His prices are always better than my Lexus dealership, and it has been a pleasure working with Jack.

What a great place! I was in a big hurry, needing an estimate for my broken side mirror, and one of the guys managed to fix it on the spot. They usually charge a minimum of $50 for work like that, but I was told it was on the house! Hooray for places like this!

Jack and his team are miracle workers! I was recently caught in a Tahoe snow storm and learned on the side of a mountain how to put snow chains on but didn't do a very good job. The chains scrapped up the sides of my cars really bad, completely removing the paint in some places. I decided to go by Lombard Auto Body for a consultation because their ratings were great and they were close by. I'm VERY glad I did! The guys here took great care of me, helping me through the insurance claim process, letting me keep the car at the shop and working with my claims adjuster to help them understand the damage and work to be performed and got my car returned very fast. I came back to the shop not knowing what to expect, wondering whether I'd be able to tell where the sides had been repainted, etc. The sides look better than they did when I brought it in! While I hope not to need Jack and his crew too much, I know where I'll go whenever I have auto body issues.

Jack is a lifesaver!! I am so glad a friend referred me to Lombard Auto Body! This was my first accident and I wasn't really sure how to get my car fixed through insurance. I brought my car to Jack he sat down with me and talked me through the whole process and even helped me contact my insurance and the other guys insurance company too! He was so helpful! He worked with me on price too! I'm so thankful he handled my car! My BMW looked beautiful when I picked it up, like I never had my door ripped off in the first place! They even cleaned the car inside and out! They took great care of me at Lombard Autobody, and hopefully I won't have to use them again, but if I do get into another accident I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks guys!

Jack and his team make getting your car fixed (arguably one of the most frustrating things to deal with) such a breeze! They put a lot of care into their work and truly treat your car like their own. They were even so helpful in coordinating everything I needed with insurance and the rental company, making my experience very seamless and effortless. Excellent collision repair. They did a great job of fixing my Jeep when it was in a minor accident. Excellent repair work, great paint job, and my car was returned to me in a much cleaner condition than I had dropped it off in. They also coordinated well with my auto insurance and keep me informed with great communication. They also did some other repairs at the same time that was not covered by my insurance, however they were willing to be flexible in pricing for the additional work. Highly recommend!

This is my first time using this place..I had a groupon which helps to get my headlights restored...was a good deal...my car is older 2004...so it needed it...I almost went to the wrong place because it was next door apparently and I did not clearly see it but I found it drove in slight slope ..I got taken care off and told one of the owners Jack that I need it done in an hour he made it happen..I had an appointment thought but he said hit may take longer but I really appreciated that he made sure it was done so I can go to another appt. I had scheduled/ They do pretty good work...really nice guy we talked a bit...and he recommended something I will do in the future in regards to my headlights...I live in Marin so he was close enough to get to there are places to walk around if needed to wait but I choose to wait in his office I would really recommend his place.

I just got my car back from my first time using Lombard Auto Body and I am writing a review because both the work and service were great! I had some major issues with the responsible party's insurance company issuing me a check to pay for repairs. Jack was very patient while I sorted it out even though my car was ready to be picked up for a few days before I could get there. Jack always answered the phone and was very easy to work with. I had to pick up my car after work at 5pm which is when they close, but the very friendly workers stayed late to help me settle my bill and then even cleaned my car because they had been planning to have it ready the next day. My car looks great and I will definitely bring it back to Lombard Auto Body for any future work!
